Previously a Pannizzia restaurant site, Hakka 6ix is located in the STC food court and it was essential to create something striking without impacting other restaurants with minimal changes. To maintain the project cost & construction feasibility, Hive Studio retained the front counter with solid wood and stainless steel clad on the column.

Inspired by the wishful knot from the Chinese culture, hexagonal designs of different sizes were painted on the back glass. The bold red color and subtle white combination complimented each other for the final look. Informed by the oriental designs the classical elements with vibrant colors are the defining philosophy that gives form to the transcendent experience at Hakka 6ix.
