- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience developing logos, brand identities, brand guidelines, and consistent visual systems across multiple applications.
- Experience designing signage, wayfinding, wall graphics, packaging, and other branded elements for physical spaces.
- Strong technical knowledge of print production, including file preparation, colour modes, resolution, bleed, dielines, and large-format artwork.
- Ability to interpret project briefs and translate business objectives into thoughtful, effective design.
- Experience coordinating with printers, fabricators, suppliers, and other production partners.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and respond constructively to feedback.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to provide creative direction, review artwork, and mentor junior designers.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or website design is an asset.
- A portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and finished design applications is required.
- Most importantly, someone who is collaborative, takes ownership of their work, and brings positive energy to the team.
